Electric Eel

The Electric Eel is a fish, and a deadly one at that. It is capable of producing electric shocks up to 650 V. They use this offense for both protection and hunting.

The Electric Eel is actually a knifefish, not an eel. They are dark grey / green in colour, with a lighter bottom. They are considered one of the highest predators in their natural region. Their bodies are very cylindrical. Electric Eels breathe air, and can hold their breath for about 10 minutes.
